Update to LGS Portals

Working with our friends and colleagues at Design Automation Systems we have gotten one step closer to releasing our All Singing, All Dancing LGS Portal Design Tool with automated engineering and modelling for estimation and design / manufacture.
We are hopefully days away from being able to demonstrate the FULL joined up package. In the interim here is a quick (3 minutes long, sorry) video showing the 'Engineering' all working together:

Light Gauge Steel Portals are ideal just at the point when 'Traditional Hot Rolled Steel Portal Frames' starting becoming less economical due to the minimum steel section sizes available in Hot Rolled Steel and fixing spacing requirements.
Light Gauge Steel, while it doesn't have 'standardised dimensions' or profiles, does have a widely available range of profiles from 70mm upto 400mm+ and from 1mm gauge to 5mm, though this is pushing the limits of 'Light Gauge Steel' in our opinion!
