We are pleased to be able to announce that we have updated the engineering aspect of the Light Gauge Steel Portal Frame Engineering to include mono pitched frames and back to back frames 

Working with our friends and colleagues at Design Automation Systems we are pleased to be able to share that we have released our Portal Frame Engineering and Quotation App. The app consists of LGS Portal Design Tool with automated engineering and modelling for design / manufacture with quotation form.

Pleased to be able to share that we've been accepted onto the Tekla Partners Program meaning that we get access to developer codes and ability to improve our offerings to you, our customers, even more. 

We've added additional types of compound lintel based on the lintel types used in the facade, or non load bearing, lintels. These are to British Standards only at this stage, with Euro Codes to follow. 

 

We've started, and published one example, calculations to AS/NZS 4600 to allow our cousins in the southern hemisphere to design using our tools! 

We've added a new video to our YouTube Channel - this time an updated 'one form module design tool' with export to Tekla Structures feature! 

We have released the latest version of our Add-In, now upto Version 3.0.5
